Are there any secret fees to use the Game Plan?

No. Working with an Aera First Home Coach is free to members. Membership is also free. Working with a First Home Coach is your fasttrack to your first home.

Will all my money be controlled by a coach?

No. Your money is your money. A First Home Coach is like a sports coach. They will help you make a Game Plan on how to get to your first home in the fastest way possible. They will teach you how to save more, earn more and explain the differences between a need and a want. Also the difference between a first home and a second home and a forever home.

What if I change my mind?

You aren’t locked into any contracts. We work with you to get your first home.

Do you hold any financial licenses?

When you receive financial advice through an Aera affiliated financial advisor they are registered and qualified to give this advice. Advice will always include a disclosure statement which sets out the scope of advice and appropriate information on their qualifications.
